Shipping & Handling
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and are fully insured. Oversize or fragile items such as lighting and furniture that require additional packaging or freight will need a price quote prior to shipping. For furniture, we recommend Plycon Van Lines that includes blanket wrap and delivery to your door. They are very reliable.

Domestic Orders
-The standard method for shipping is USPS Priority Mail for delivery within 2-6 days.

-If you need to expedite your order, choose USPS Express Mail for delivery within 1-2 days.

-All US orders will automatically be shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance.

International Orders
-You have a choice between First Class Mail International which may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, Priority Mail International for delivery in 6-10 days on average or Express Mail International for delivery in 3-5 days on average.

-All duties/taxes incurred by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

-International shipments do not include delivery confirmation, but insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

• Note: we will not be responsible for loss or damage of a package at the fault of the carriers if you did not purchase insurance.

Occasionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Retain all packaging and boxing materials. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged by the shipper. All shipments are insured for their full value.
